At the end of each session you will feel a sensation of well being and throughout the course you will become more conscious of your body, your posture and your strength.

The basis of my training has been dancing, I began to study at 7yrs old. I studied Classical Ballet, jazz, modern dance, tap dance, improvisation at the University of Dance in Bahia, Brazil. In 2000 I began my studies in Barcelona and daily practices of yoga with the English master Sudaka, then continued classes including Kundalini, Hatha, Bikram, Acro and, Ashtanga dedicating myself over the last few years to this practice. I also studied physical preparation techniques for circus, and the art of static trapeze.
In 1991 I began teaching stretching in Bahia and in 2000 in Spain. From 2006 until the present day I have been a substitute yoga teacher at the Don Gymnas gym, and also teaching private classes; in 2008 taught yoga stretching classes at Anahata Barcelona Yoga Centre. I presently teach static trapeze classes at Malabarte Barcelona.
My aim is to combine and mix all these elements and varied techniques from my many years of learning and to apply them to the needs of each person.

Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation.

Children's Yoga - Tuesdays 18.00 - 19.00h
Yoga for children is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, and strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection.
Children today are under a lot of stress. Homework, pressure to compete with other children, endless after-school activities, over-scheduling -- it all adds up. And just like their parents, kids today are turning to Yoga to help them relax.
Yoga helps them develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.
Studies show that yoga is an effective self-help therapy for ADD/ADHD, Autism, and general health and well-being of all children.
Monthly fee is € 50,00 for one session a week.
