Fertility workshops
We hold special one day intensive workshops to assist couples to successfully fall pregnant. These unique workshops have been designed as a summary of the fully comprehensive four day Fertility Awakenings retreats. It is developed with the busy couple in mind who would like the opportunity to work through the course at home, in their own time.
The workshop is open to all women and men wishing to start a family either now or in the future; and promises to be informative, uplifting and fun with a practical approach to fertility. It combines lecture, skills training, and group sharing to enable you to take control of your health. You will discover the latest information on how lifestyle can impact fertility and to be part of a supportive group sharing similar experiences.

- Receive a 'work-from-home' manual to apply what you have learnt from the day
- Discover your body’s nutritional needs and learn fertile health and wellness recommendations
