Natural Menopause Workshop
Menopause is a natural process for a woman and not an illness, yet so many women dread its onset, fearing it to be a time fraught with anxiety and emotion.
This one day workshop explores the menopause as a natural and positive part of a woman’s life journey. In a small group session, you will explore past and present attitudes to the menopause, share personal experiences, tips and questions and learn about a number of natural therapies and remedies which may help any symptoms you might be experiencing.
The workshop enables women to find space to think about their needs and explore some of the options which can make this journey easier and more enjoyable!
